Terms of Service

Account Creation

Owner accounts require a valid email address and password. Some staff or customer features may also require a phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity performed through your account.

User Roles

SalonCue uses role- and permission-based access. Organization roles govern ownership, billing, locations, and device controls; salon staff roles and assigned permissions govern day-to-day operational access.

Authentication

Desktop staff normally use a local PIN. Invited staff mobile accounts use the credentials and device enrollment supported by the Service, and customer-facing features may use phone verification. Owner account and sensitive control-plane actions may require stronger verification. You are responsible for keeping credentials, recovery codes, and enrolled devices secure.

Account Termination

Mobile staff can permanently delete their personal SalonCue login from the mobile app. Salon-owned work, ticket, commission, payroll, tax, security, and audit records may remain with the salon or SalonCue where required for legitimate business, security, or legal obligations. During the pilot, salon owners may request closure of the salon business account by contacting daniel@autosender.app; we will explain any required data-export, billing, provider, device, and retention steps before closure. Salon owners remain responsible for settling payroll and other business obligations. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Free Pilot Access

Pilot access notice effective August 16, 2026

SalonCue software is available without a subscription fee during the pilot. No payment card is required for SalonCue software. Pilot access does not automatically expire, convert to a paid plan, or authorize us to charge you. We will present the price and material terms and obtain your affirmative approval before moving your account to any future paid SalonCue software plan.

Features, support levels, eligibility, and capacity included in the pilot may evolve as the product develops. We will provide advance notice of material pricing or access changes. Ending cloud pilot access does not by itself delete the operational data stored in your active local SalonCue desktop database, although cloud-only services may become unavailable.

Future Paid SalonCue Plans

A future paid SalonCue software plan requires a separate, affirmative enrollment. Its price, billing period, renewal terms, and cancellation method will be disclosed before we collect billing information or charge you. Pilot participation alone is not consent to recurring billing.

Card Payment Processing

Optional card payment processing is powered by Stripe. By using Stripe payment features:

• • Your card details are processed by Stripe, never stored by us
• • You are responsible for all Stripe fees and transaction costs
• • Card payment setup requires Stripe Connect verification (business information, bank account)

Payment processing, SMS, email delivery, and other optional third-party provider charges are separate from the SalonCue software pilot.

Cash Transactions

Cash checkout is supported in all salons. We do not process cash transactions or hold funds. Salon owners manage all cash handling.

Refunds

There is no SalonCue software subscription charge during the free pilot. Any future paid-plan refund terms will be disclosed before enrollment and remain subject to applicable law. Transaction refunds (cash, card, gift card) are initiated by salon owners through the Service and may remain subject to payment-provider rules and fees.

Salon Data Ownership

Your salon data (transactions, customer information, reports, payroll records) is owned by you. You retain all rights to your data. We are a custodian of your data, not an owner.

Service Rights

We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our Service, develop new features, and conduct analytics. This data cannot identify your salon.

Data Export

SalonCue provides exports for supported records and local backup tools for the authoritative desktop database. Contact daniel@autosender.app before account closure if you need help identifying available exports. Cloud retention and deletion depend on the data class, legal obligations, security requirements, and backup-retention policy; account closure does not silently delete the active local salon database.
